The Arts and Culture Center of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University Phitsanulok is founded as an office to support academic purposes, serving the Act of Education College of B.E. 2510. The center is under the vision and the mission of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University and Phitsanulok Province. The Center of Art and Culture is responsible for the Phitsanulok City Museum, which is the source of the historical information, the innovation, and the characteristics of Phitsanulok. The center coopertes with other associations and creates networks such as the Club of People Interested in Phitsanulok History, the Unit of Environmental Saving and Local Wisdom from the Office Pofolicy and Plan of Natural Resources and Environment, Chalearmrat Cultural Center of PhitsanulokProvince from the Department of Cultural Promotion of the Ministry of Culture. Moreover, the Arts and Culture Center of Rajabhat University is the center of The Culture and Tourism Center of Lower Northern Provinces Area 1, including Tak, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Sukhothai, and Uttaradit. The
enter of Arts and Culture integrates culture into community and teaching and learning management. Therefore, local people acquire the knowledge of culture and understand the lfestyle and culture. People realize the value of the culture and wisdom for learning to keep and continue to convey wisdom to other generations.
